automatic title generation from a file

Hello.
I have a form for submitting pictures to the directory I bulk add pictures from.
I also have a "submissions.csv" file that gets added to with every submission.
I would like to generate a title and a description for pictures from content in this file.
Which Coppermine file should I be hacking to do this?
