At the final step of batch loading I get a padlock icon on the right column next to a file icon. The pictures do not upload to my album.

All the information you need to absolutely resolve this issue can be found in the CPG documentation that came as part of your download package, as well as within this very forum by performing a simple search of your error(s). I posted three links to assist you in that end, however, those links apparently went ignored. For if you had read those pages, you would have resolved your issue yourself; or at the very least, posted the correct support template to aid in additional support if needed.

This forum has a very strict "post a link to your website" rule. It also mandates that you properly fill out and post the required support templates when prompted to do so.

[Edit: Added additional links to aid in a solution... ]

As onthepike suggests above, we need a link to your gallery for a start. Did you install this manually yourself or did you use an installer provided by your host?
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

The deep link inside onthepike's last posting answers all possible questions. No reason to address this further imo. If you feel that this is not the case, do as suggested. Don't bother to reply with invalid things that just show that you haven't read what supporters suggested.
