Moved host - Unable to connect to database

My site recently moved host and I now receive this error when viewing the gallery:

Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to database !

MySQL said: Access denied for user 'allstarw_awpics2'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

When my site got moved the databases didn't get moved. I do have the backup .sql file for the gallery. I re-created the database and used the info from the include/config.php file but it still doesn't work.
