I messed up my mysql!!

I was messing around with some mysql files one day, so my copper mine gallery doesn't work now. I get the following error:

There was an error while processing a database query

I have tried to replace all files in the maindirectory without any luck. I don't know if I should replace the files in the subdirectories too. I am afraid I am going to delete the pictures in my gallery.

I don't understand the repair thing --> http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/Repair.html

PLEASSEE help me! I have browsed some old posts through, but I can't find any solutions.

enable debug_mode in coppermine config (at the very bottom) and take a look at the query that actually failed.
