Nobe needs setting for the size

I have the problem when i try to upload a big picture to web site gives me error that its to big etc. i trying to upload pic 3300x2500 770 kb they worked perfectly on the 1.4 coppermnie. on the new one i can upload them... Some setting have to be off. Please Help
