Help file to show when uploading

I have been  playing with coppermine for a while trying to find a way to get the help file to show up as it does when you hit the help button when you go to uploading. The Galleries I design usually only have people uploading once so i want this to come up every time to give them instructions.  I assume there may be some way of passing a trigger to the code but I'm not that good with understanding the code at the moment.

Sorry for not posting links the galleries I set up are wedding galleries so are currently private, I am however in the process of setting a new one up so will post a link when finished.
