Fatal Error - cannot view albums -

I have searched all of the forum to find a solution , there was a lot of topics that have my problem , but i couldn't find a way to help me.

Recently , I had a problem in uploading photos , i solved it . but when i did , i can't view any of my albums , it says :
Fatal error: Call to undefined function adminmessages() in /home/mileyray/public_html/pics/thumbnails.php on line 151

i am willing to follow the rules , and i read them i I hope i did not break any rules thanks in advance. if u need logins just tell me!

You need to upgrade before doing anything else.

Is an ancient version - you could get hacked and support is offered only for current versions.

do i have to download ? i mean if i do , does it take all of the files on my current gallery ? and on Fantastico i couldn't find the upgrade link . so if i install it does it restore my files ?

The fantastico bit is really bad. We hate it with a passion for reasons you are finding out.

If you follow the upgrade instrustions from the docs you will keep all your images. Please make backups of both your database and files first.
