OK I took over for another webmaster and can't log in. When I use the forgot my password it sends a link to him which he forwarded to me. when I try and use it is says: "Forgot password session invalid or has expired." did he/I wait to long to use it or is there another problem?

I'm guessing that is an older version and also needs the 2 step upgrade to 1.4 then 1.5, but I get even get in to see the version.
