Mass import Plugin failed to import

I installed the Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.4.3 CPGMassImport Plugin and I click mass import and it creates all the albums and catagories for me, but when it tries to import it says Failed. Can someone help me please? thanks http://gallery.gagauniverse.com/
