Integrate CPG and phpBB?

I have a phpBB and a CPG installed on my website and I was wondering if it would be possible the integrate one into the other in anyway.
Like, be able to install CPG as a "hack" for phpbb or as a standalone software?
I know there are photo album hacks for phpbb already but none of them match coppermine

and a read of the integration thread in the features section revealed that it wasn't what i was really asking about in this case...
