Problem with watermarks

I noticed today that coppermine has been watermaking pictures at my gallery for a month now. LQ and some HQ pictures have the "sample wm" watermark in the right corner. CPGMark and another wm plugid had apparently been installed but I deleted them both. However, the watermark still appears in every picture I upload. How do I get rid of it?
