I've been getting around 30+ registrations a day to my gallery on my website would that have anything to do with my webhost constantly suspending my account (I will contact them about this).  But I was just curious if it had anything to do with connections to the server or what not.

decent webhosts/webservers can easily stand 30 new user registrations a day, but if your webserver is slow or badly configured, this might cause problems. What's the total number of users, albums, pics etc.? Please post a link.

the link may not be active since my webhost (http://addaction.net) suspended my account for having too many webserver connections.

however, my gallery is not at all that active, from recent memory there are about 170 registered members I believe but only 3 members albums and about 6 public albums.  i believe there is less than 250 pictures in total.

My account was suspended again after recently being suspended for:

Quote
"Your account was drawing a lot of Apache (web server) connections and it brought the server down. Is there anything special you have changed on your site in the past days? Any reason that you know of that would create many webserver connections?"

Your account is suspended because it has brought the server down several times and we have not been able to pinpoint the problem. Your site uses a lot of PHP and database connections and part of your PHP on your site causes the server load to rise real high at times. Since your account has been suspended the server has had no problems. Would it be possible for you to use different content on your site, that is less PHP?

I have a funny feeling it has to do with the Coppermine Photo Gallery registrations because they just started happening all of a sudden and right after that's when I was suspended (twice).  Nothing else on my website changed, and it is not at all popular.
