Can't senn pictures

I just upgraded my gallery from 1.4.25 tó 1.5. I modified my theme, but I still can't seen the big pictures. It says: Error. The file doesn't exist ...

I could't see the pictures, when I clicked on the thumbs. An error message appeared 'Error. The file doesn't exist ..'

I have to reupload all the files, and now it is working... I think I didn't upload all the files, because Total Commander has stopped

But i have discovered an other problem: Only registered users can see the big pictures. And I when I try to modify the attribution of the albums, it says, that everybody can see the files :s
