Customization to "I Feel Dirty V" theme

Okay, so I think I'm going to take the plunge and offer payment for customization to the "I Feel Dirty V" theme.  I was really impressed by the website gig-tickets.com (http://mylifeingigtickets.com/) and their transparency effect.  I am looking for something similar. 

Here are some extra notes:

• Customization to "I Feel Dirty V" theme to enable transparency
• Modifications to CSS -- eg. fonts and headers
• Consistent theme with rest of my website
• Minor modifications to the "I Feel Dirty V" text -- eg. menu links
• Enable header banner instead of header text
• Documentation on how to change menu text myself -- eg. if I want to change the menu links
• $50, flexible on time although hopefully by end of summer
