upload file link is not shown so i cant upload any image

i have installed my 1.5 gallery but when i tried i llok for the link for upload a file is not shown and given i tried to batch files it also refused.so i need your help please. my gallery is www.projectfame.tv/gallery

Your gallery doesn't load for me (only the title). I think it's because of a very slow connection.
