Unclear Problem...?

I was having a problem with my gallery and was getting a critical error, unable to connect to database, can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2).  After fighting with my host for a while I was finally able to get them to fix the problem and get the connection working again.  Everything looks like it's okay, but I'm getting the following debug information:
