Backing up and transferring to other webspace?

Hello,
I have just bought a new hosting account and would like to transfer my site to my new domain which will have Image Magick (unlike my current one). Does anyone know how I go about backing it all up and transferring it all to my other domain?

Backup both your files and your database, restore this on your new server and once the site is up change from GD to IM in coppermine config, that's all.
