How to save my gallery db if i move to another hosting?

Hi! I am new here and I hope to write in the rigtht topic. I want to ask how can i save all my information and my database in my gallery without lose them? There is a way to make a backup or to save it without uploading all my files from the beginning? Plz help me if that problem!
