Upload Error 500

everything was fine until about 2 days ago, I was trying to upload images and i got the error 500, I don't know why this is happening because the images aren't that big and I'm not upload lots at a time. can anyone help

I don't know. But I won't support a version that contains a lot of already fixed bugs.
