Multiple problems after upgrading from 1.4

Hello,

I am facing multiple problems after i upgraded from 1.4 to 1.5 (latest release).

Gallery Information

There were no custom theme, neither I modified any theme. Everything was running stock and my default theme was set to Mac OS X.

Problem 1

All theme files are messed up. layout seems broken.

Problem 2

Internal Server Error (error 500) for many controls and administrative links

Problem 3

Unable to Find Administrative tools under many themes

Please help.
