Help fixing custom theme message box

When logging in and logging out there seems to be a small issue in my custom theme that makes it look odd.  I posted an image showing the issue I am having with the appearance.  It's the message box that displays continue, so far I only noticed this look when logging in and out.  Any guidance to where I should look to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Try removing

Code Select Expand

.admin_menu {
border: 1px solid #0E2041;
}

That took care of the rouge border lines.  Thanks a lot
