How do I not allow downloads of pictures in bulk (with program or extension). As this example http://www.sophiadaily.org/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=513

I'm not sure what you're asking for.

You posted in the wrong board (cpg1.5 miscellaneous).

You're running an outdated version (<!--Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.4.21 (stable)-->).
