Trouble with new Videos items or new comments. UTF8_general_ci

I moved one site to my hosting, database and all tables was converted to utf8_general_ci, apache has AddDefaultCharset UTF-8, BD Collation in utf8_general_ci, the forum is working fine, but if someone adds comments, they appear scrawl.
In the database this new comments also scribble. If I view the DB (browser and myPHPAdmin in utf8) categories and pictures are ok. Only new added commens or Videos have scribble.

Gallery version is 1.5.8 (updated client with 1.5.6) in config.inc.php prescribed charset utf8:
$ CONFIG ['dbcharset'] = 'utf8';

If I change to
$ CONFIG ['dbcharset'] = 'utf8_general_ci';
these scribbles comments are shown ok, but the category names will be scrawl.

Have You got a sollution, ideas?
