mySQL error: Unknown column 'access_level' in 'field list'



I have enabled Debug_mode thru myphpadmin...


I cant seem to figure out how to fix the problem.  I searched and found a few other similar Posts but None matched to my exact list of errors. 

I appreciate any help.

I decided to Follow this topic

I reinstalled cpg143 (what I had previously installed)

Disabled Plugins,  Disabled Languages, Lang List, etc. 

Made a backup of config.inc.php and albums and my database.

I then deleted all the old files and folders of the Directory where CPG was installed EXCEPT for ALBUMS folder. 

I uploaded 1.5.8 and ran Update.php and seem to be working just fine now.
