Vertical admin options error? Should be horizontal?

Not sure if this has been discussed before, but I recently upgraded my Coppermine gallery to 1.5.8 and it works 100% fine other than the way the admin options look. Instead of running horizontal at the top, they run vertical.

Is there a known fix for this, has anyone else had this error?
