Custome thumbnail for "Last updated albums"

I have "Last updated albums" on the main page of my photo gallery, I would like to be able to choose what pic shows on this page, is it possible?

No. There's a plugin which adds more meta albums to Coppermine. Among others, it adds the meta album 'newalb', which uses the album thumbnail that has been selected in the album properties. Maybe that's what you're looking for.
