Ive tried to get 4 different people to install the gallery and no one can. can someone here install it for me. I dont know any thing about ftp.

Urm, do you actually have a homepage yet? Usually homepages (regular html stuff) is being uploaded by ftp to the webserver, so you should at least have a ftp client on your machine.

If you don't even have that, I guess you should find out about such basics first before actually planning to install a complex script like coppermine. Even if somebody agrees to install it for you you will need to know some things to maintain it.
