Error while batch uploading

Hi,
I batch uploaded 215 photos and started inserting description and keywords on the first 50 photos.
When I clicked on APPLY CHANGES, I get a message saying:

Error
A valid form token could not be found.
----

Any way to fix that without loosing all the descriptions and tags (and the time I already lost) I inserted?

Increase the token lifetime in config (in another tab) and then refresh the page.
