i'm so lost

hi i'm a lee burns fan
but i am sooo lost here..i downloaded the file and extracted the files
but i dont see what i have to click on to give me info on how to install it
all i see is a bunch of text like this..if someone can give me
some help here i would really appreciate it...
i am really lost here!
