Change the titel and descriptions for all photos in one shot

Hello

long long time ago a PlugIn called "Keywords Add" that do this.
The old name is not nice for this - because it can do more than only keywords.
At this days I've heard that this function is go to the core 1.5. to the batch add function.
But I'm not sure - I can't find them.
Is there a way to change the titel and descriptions for all photos in album in one shot?
Or better to select all or many photos with checkboxes and then do a title and description for that all?

The porting of this plugin for cpg1.5.x doesn't exist for the moment but it is on my todo list for the next days....
