Is it posible for registered users to create albums in the publiek categories ?

not as i can tell. upload into album, yes, create album, doesnt appear to be available?

no, this has been discussed in length (search the board), but I don't think that someone has come up with a solution (read copy'n paste code) yet.
I wouldn't let regular users create albums... (matter of taste although).
