[Solved]: Move uploaded file error....

I just upgraded from 1.2.0 final to 1.3 and this is the error I get when trying to upload 2 pics. Also, in the admin section of the site, in the memberlist, a new column was added "Last Visit" all of them say Never Visited. Is there anyway to change this to the correct date and time ?

Did you remember to create the /albums/edit directory with proper permissions as specified in the upgrade instructions?
