I have Coppermine already loaded on my website's album page, http://www.marine-atc-association.org/pictures.php, option 1. Members' Gallery.  I also have Lazarus guestbook at www.marine-atc-association.org/guestbook.php.  Lazarus provides an include php file that I plug into my webpage php file and css codes to plug into my css that allows me to run Lazarus inside my web page window.

Does Coppermine have that capability?

No, but there are already some wrapper plugins (e.g. for Joomla and some other CMSs / boards) you may adjust.
