Multiple albums with individual homes

Is it possbile to have ten albums that all have their own stand alone home page - rather than "home" returning you to page with all of them grouped together?  In other words lets say you give albums to 10 friends - can their "home" button return you to their album rather than the group?

And can each have their own theme?
