Mail notification on update (Picasa like)

Hello all   

Before Coppermine, I used Picasa. There was a feature I found very useful : the mail notification on album and/or gallery update, according to a defined group of users.

In details, each time you add a photo in an album in Picasa, the users you defined (associated to the album) received by mail an update notification.

I can't find a similar feature in Coppermine. I don't want to use RSS feeds. I find it's too complicated for habitual users

Anybody can help on this feature?
