thumbnail wont show up

my friend upgraded my gallery yesterday to the latest version but now everytime i upload a picture the thumbnail wont shop up. i dont know whats up and shes not online till thursday to help me.

Please post a link to your gallery and a test user account that can upload pictures to your gallery.

my friend said she fixed it, BUT when i upload screen captures or magazine scans the quality sucks a lot AND some thumbnails got deleted and when i re-upload the files the thumbnails wont show too. i am so pissed! so many people try to help me, but nothing helps.
