Problem with permisions in 1.3

I didn't have this problem with the Beta version but I wiped out the entire site and started over with the release version and now I get this:

Warning: in_array(): Wrong datatype for second argument in "aboslute path here" /billyandlisa/www.billyandlisa.net/gallery/index.php on line 474

this only happens with user groups I have created in phpbb. I am using phpbb 2.0.6 for authentication in 1.3 any help is appriciated.
