Cannot create a new album?

The Album Manager is not allowing me to create a new album, and this is obviously a problem
I am new to Coppermine, so I am not too sure what I am doing wrong, but I did set all the permissions
for the "album" and "include" folders. I was able to add categories as well. Help!?

Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you!

Please post a test user account that is able to create new albums.
