How do I get into my gallery configuration settings to change the name and or theme of my gallery.

Click the word "Config"  ;)
Running SMF 2.1.4  / Tinyportal 3.0.1, bridged with Coppermine 1.6.25, plus cpmfetch 2.0.0

Click the word config.  You don't need to look in the drop down, just click it.  ;)
