I am upgrading from 1.2.1 to 1.3.  I did not overwrite the albums dir and the config.inc.php file.

Seems you didn't copy all the files to your server. You're missing the "media.functions.inc.php" file. It should be in the include folder.

Thank you, I had all the necessary files uploaded but I for some reason my FTP program uploaded only bits of each file (I finally noticed after re-uploading for the 5th time that the filesizes were different - duh).
