Help! I've been "banned" from my own board!

I just upgraded Coppermine and am no longer able to access my own board! I received the following error:

"You are currently banned from using this site."

I can't even get to the control panel in Coppermine. Help!

Okay, I was suddenly able to access my board but still am having a lot of problems. For example, I just had to manually change my password as the correct one no longer worked. Now, I can't do things like delete spammers.

Then you're not logged in as admin or you have to enable the admin mode in the menu.
