User Gallery remove from view?

hello

I have disabled the members from being able to start albums in the User Gallery category and I point them to the main gallery with the category I created for my forum.

When we click to enter the gallery, the first thing we see it "User Gallery".  can that be removed?

It will automatically disappear if there's no content in the user galleries category.
