I was wondering if there is anyway that when you post on a thread/topic it returns you to the post you have just posted rather than the top of the thread/topic?

Hope that makes sense....

Thanks in advance

That feature already exists in the forum plugin but will be overwritten if the Coppermine config option Display redirection pages is enabled disabled.

Dankriss

That feature is disabled on my forum...set to NO....and it is still going to the top of thread rather than to the post just posted.... :-\

It's a standard Coppermine feature, no plugin feature.

Please post a link to your gallery and a test user account that can post to your forum.

the Coppermine option Display redirection pages
is still disabled in your gallery. Enable it to see the difference.

Ok I just changed it to yes and it is now working but I get a redirection page...is that correct?

Btw I have now made you administrator so you can see the config options....the redirect was set to no which is recommended and have now changed it to yes...

I have now made you administrator
That was the worst thing you could do. Revert it immediately, as everyone who views this thread has now admin privileges in your gallery.

Obviously that's exactly what the config option does.

Dankriss

Ooops that is true....ok if I was born with a brain I would be dangerous...

Ok I so now I am confused do you want me to put the redirect page on or off ie yes or no?

The redirect pages needs to be enabled/on/yes. Sorry I mistyped it above twice :-[. I've just corrected it.

Dankriss

Ok so you were purposefully trying to confuse me then?.... ;D

Right will leave it on then....

Danke!  :D
