User can delete the image

I have create an user.
The user can upload the image, but not delete !!

It is possible the user to delete the image ?

Is the image in a public gallery? Perhaps the "Allow users to retain control over their pics in public galleries" option is what you are looking for? Under [Config->User Settings].
