Can't create new albums.

I'm trying to upload new photos but haven't been able to so. New is template not allowing me to create any albums. http://www.kimporterdaily.org/gallery/

First you need to upgrade.

I did update it or maybe it wasn't done properly.

I'm looking for someone to fix the issue.

If you need support:
1. Upgrade your gallery to cpg1.5.16
2. Use (temporary) another theme and try again
3. If you don't want to test it yourself, post a (non-admin!) test user account which is able to create albums
