Please help, sorting photographs

How do I sort photographs by User name when multiple users have uploaded photographs in albums the root gallery(Albums in 'no category')?

Similarly, how does a logged user sees only his/her photographs when its uploaded in the root gallery?

Please help!

You could use the 'lastupby' meta album, but it will show all uploaded pictures of a user, regardless to which album it was uploaded.
