Cannot get past Step 7

Hi

Well after successfully installing Coppermine on my own server I tried to upload it to a customers server a few moments ago.

I created the mysql database, have the latest version freshly downloaded and not modified in any way.  I cant post a link here as its on my customers internal server.  Please trust me when I say the database is there and I am using the correct credentials to connect and log into it

I get to step 6, fill in the information and see the following message: Successful connection with database. 

All good so far.

On step 7 I see the screen below and cannot go any further.  I can neither select an existing database, nor create a new one, despite the server permissions being set as 777.

Can anyone help?

Check the permissions of the MySQL user.
