Changing Themes using Custom Themes

Hi admin! I need help.

I have a problem of installing the themes in my copperm 1.5. I have downloaded and used a theme given in SITEGROUND.com... I do follow the instruction on how to put the custom theme but the result is this [screen shot is attached here]

What should I do now???

That's a theme designed for coppermine 1.4.x I assume?  You need themes that work with 1.5.x

To get back to the coppermine default theme click the link below.  If you want to go to a different (installed) theme, just change the name on the end of the link.
