how do i change MySQL info?

if i'm moving host and moving MySQL databases into new ones, how would i change it? what file would i have to edit?

create a mySQL dump as suggested in http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/faq.php?q=BackupDatabase#BackupDatabase and restore it on your new host. For details please search the forum, this has already been asked (and answered) often.
