iscroll and imageflow

i'm  new to 1.5 and both of these plug ins are not showing up. i use to use iscroll with an earlier coppermine version and it works fine. so i know how to configure it.
so i tried imageflow, same thing, its not showing up anywhere.

Do you use the cpg1.5.x versions of that plugins?
Have you installed the plugin in the plugin manager?
Have you configured the plugins as described, if needed?
